Hello, it’s me, the Chloe from Chlo + Co. I appreciate your curiosity, as I actually have a degree in it.
Born and bred in Scarborough on the North Yorkshire Coast, I have a decade of multi-industry experience in marketing, journalism, and writing. I’ve helped businesses grow their profits, brand awareness, and operations through thoughtful marketing.
I started Chlo+Co Marketing when I realised that a lot (and I mean a lot) of creative corporate jobs rewarded people who said “yes” rather than innovated. I’ve been immensely privileged to work alongside business owners who have appreciated and rewarded creativity. Ultimately, I decided to plough my own path, working with business owners and listening to their goals, rather than nodding passively and ticking a box or automating a process that would yield a company no results, no change and no profit.
My values for work (and life, really) are creativity and honesty – if I think something will work, I will encourage you to go for it! If I think something won’t, I will voice my concerns, but still trial it in some capacity, so we can get results that inform the best strategy for the future. I continue to hone my creativity with constant reading and intermittent writing on my fantasy book series. The North Yorkshire Coast is a haven of creative inspiration, and I’m privileged to be situated here.
