Are your consultations free?

Our initial 15-minute consultations are totally free, and are designed for us to better understand what you would like to improve in your business.

What happens after the consultation?

If you’re happy with us, we can provide a tailored plan for you, featuring how we can support you achieve your goals. There is a small fee for this, and we do require a small contract to be signed with us before this strategy is released to ensure our integrity.

What happens when we decide to proceed?

If you’re happy to proceed with our suggestions, we can start implementing them. If you have an in-house marketing team that needs extra support through a busy period, it’s good to put us in contact with them as quick as possible so we can align and understand your business even better. If not, we can send over a tailored list of requirements.

You can choose to have us provide long-standing, monthly support throughout the year, or if it’s limited help you need, we can also accomodate this for a shorter contract.

Enough of the flowery stuff, what are your rates?

We know it’s a bit of a cop-out, but our rates really do vary. A 500 word blog including specialist research would naturally be much cheaper than a website revival, a full SEO audit and update, or a social media campaign integrated with physical adverts and lead-targeting. If you have a budget you need to stick too, if you let us know this before your initial consultation, we can do our best to optimise your package as much as possible.

Do you provide ongoing marketing support?

Yep! If you need someone to top up your social media, come up with yearly strategies and campaigns (and then help you implement them), we can certainly do rolling contracts.

Alternatively, if you’ve used us before, and would like us to step back in to help, we can also provide ad-hoc shorter term support for when it’s needed.

Hello, it’s me. The Chloe behind the Chlo. As a one-stop shop I have a fair chunk of marketing knowledge in my head, but unfortunately only one pair of hands. The +co is for the lovely marketing gurus behind the scenes who help me when I have to face the failures of my mortal form, as self-replication is unfortunately currently beyond my grasp.
